The stackable stool 60 was designed by Alvar Aalto in the year 1933 and initially produced by O.y. Huonekalu – ja Rakennustyötehdas. After founding Artek in the year 1935 the stool was introduced in the standard assortment of Artek In the 1940es this three-legged stool became a famous bestseller.
